Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Worldoh ("Worldoh", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of the Worldoh website at worldoh.com, the Worldoh mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Worldoh. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Platform you represent and warrant that: (a) you meet the age requirement above; (b) you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement; and (c) your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

To access most features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• Choose a strong password and keep it confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@worldoh.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.
• Not operate more than one personal account without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that we believe have been compromised.

Worldoh provides a travel discovery and planning platform that includes, among other things:

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will endeavor to give reasonable notice of material changes.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with a person, organization, or brand.
• Post false or misleading travel information, fake reviews, or fraudulent listings.
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users without their consent.
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks associated with Worldoh.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or interact with the Platform without our express permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm the Platform or its users.
• Facilitate illegal travel activities or promote destinations for purposes of exploitation.
• Engage in commercial activity (advertising, promotions, affiliate marketing) without Worldoh's prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination at our sole discretion.

The Worldoh AI travel agent provides general travel information, suggestions, and planning assistance. By using the AI features you acknowledge:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or current.
• AI suggestions do not constitute professional travel, legal, medical, or financial advice.
• You are responsible for independently verifying travel information (visa requirements, safety conditions, etc.) before making decisions.
• You must not use the AI agent to generate content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
• Worldoh reserves the right to log and review AI conversations to improve safety, accuracy, and service quality.

When you invite collaborators to a trip, those collaborators can view and contribute to the trip's content, including itinerary details, photos, and notes. By inviting a collaborator you consent to sharing the trip data with them.

You are responsible for ensuring that the people you invite to collaborate have agreed to Worldoh's Terms of Service. Trip owners can remove collaborators and content at any time.

Worldoh is not responsible for content added by trip collaborators. If a collaborator adds inappropriate content to your trip, you may report it or remove the collaborator.

The Worldoh Platform — including its name, logo, branding, design, software, and all Worldoh-originated content — is owned by Worldoh and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@worldoh.com with sufficient detail to allow us to identify the allegedly infringing material and the basis for your claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Worldoh and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@worldoh.com. Upon closure, your profile and public content will be removed from the Platform subject to our data retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including: violation of these Terms, harmful conduct toward other users, suspected fraud, or legal obligation. Sections 5 (Your Content — license survives for already-shared content), 10–13, 15, and 17 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. We encourage you to contact us first at support@worldoh.com to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal proceedings.

To the extent permitted by law, you and Worldoh agree that any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for matters related to intellectual property or unauthorized access.

YOU AGREE THAT CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, where required, notify you by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.
